Koopman Operator Theory Workshop 3 at Kyoto University

We are pleased to announce the third edition of the international workshop “Koopman Operator Theory: Fundamentals, Approximations and Applications 3”!


The workshop will be held from December 11th to 13th, 2026 at the Clock Tower Centennial Hall, Kyoto University, Japan.

The workshop will bring together researchers working on dynamical systems, data-driven modeling, computation, control, and applications of Koopman operator theory across science and technology.

This third edition follows the previous workshops held in Otranto, Italy (2024) and Cres, Croatia (2025). The workshop will focus on the fundamentals, approximations, and applications of Koopman operator theory, including spectral foundations, reliable computational and data-driven methods, and emerging applications in modeling and control.

The event will provide an international forum for exchanging recent results, discussing open research challenges, and establishing new collaborations across the growing Koopman operator community.
