Andrej Borić

Andrej Boric is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Rijeka – Faculty of Engineering (RITEH), with research interests in advanced polymer materials, polymer-based systems, and materials characterization. His work focuses on the preparation, analysis, and application of polymeric materials for advanced engineering applications.

He has led two University of Rijeka funded research projects, Advanced Polymeric Materials: Preparation, Properties and Applications and Preparation and Characterization of Advanced Polymer Materials, overseeing project implementation, reporting, and the delivery of scientific outputs.

In addition to his research work, he serves as Section Editor for the Materials Engineering Section of Engineering Review, an international peer-reviewed scientific journal, supporting the editorial process, peer-review coordination, and publication quality in materials engineering. He also has experience in coordinating interdisciplinary initiatives and communicating research outcomes across academic, project-based, and stakeholder-oriented contexts.
